اثربخشی مداخلۀ شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی بر بهبود تصویر بدنی منفی در نوجوانان پسر

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور اثربخشی مداخلۀ شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی بر بهبود تصویر بدنی منفی در نوجوانان پسر انجام گرفت.


مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دانش‌آموزان پایۀ هفتم و هشتم دارای تصویر بدنی منفی در دبیرستان‌های دولتی پسرانۀ منطقۀ 6 شهر تهران بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای‌مرحله‌ای 6 مدرسه انتخاب شد. با توجه به نتایج پرسشنامۀ چندبعدی روابط خود-بدن، کش و همکاران (1987)، 30 نفر با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود به‌صورت تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به تصادف نیز به دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به‌مدت 8 جلسه تحت مداخلۀ گروهی درمان شناختی‌رفتاری مبتنی‌بر هراس اجتماعی علیلو و همکاران (1393) قرار گرفت.


نتایج: یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس و اندازه‌گیری مکرر از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS، نشان داد تصویر بدنی منفی در گروه آزمایش نسبت‌به گروه کنترل به‌طور معناداری بهبود یافته است.


نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مداخلۀ شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی در بهبود تصویر بدنی منفی نوجوانان پسر می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش درمانی مؤثر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

The effectiveness of group cognitive-behavioral intervention on improvement of negative body image in male adolescents

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral intervention on improvement of negative body image in male adolescents.


Materials and Methods: This study had a semi-experimental pretest–posttest design with control group. The study population consisted of all seventh and eighth grade male students who have negative body image in male public high schools of area 6 in Tehran that through cluster sampling 6 school were selected. According to the results of the Cash et al (1987) body self-relations multidimensional questionnaire, 30 students according to the entry criteria were randomly selected as sample and were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control (each group contained 15 subjects). The experimental group received eight sessions of group cognitive-behavioral intervention based on social phobia (Alilou et al, 2014).


Results: The results of repeated measures analysis of covariance by SPSS showed that negative body image in the experimental group significantly improved versus the control group.


Conclusion: The results of this study showed that group CBT intervention can be used as an effective treatment method in improving negative body image in male adolescents.
