بررسی سطح آیریزین سرم مردان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن بعداز12هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت‌های مختلف

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: تغییرات ساختاری و عملکردی بافت چربی سفید در جهت قهوه­ای شدن می­تواند با افزایش هزینه انرژی به افراد چاق و دارای اضافه وزن به منظورکاهش وزن و اختلالات متابولیکی ناشی از آن کمک کند. از این رو در مطالعه حاضر، اثر ۱۲ هفته تمرین تناوبی کم شدت، شدت متوسط و زیاد بر سطوح سرمیآیریزین مردان سالم چاق و دارای اضافه­وزن بررسی می­گردد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه47 مرد جوان (73/0±50/20 سال) چاق و دارای اضافه وزن شرکت نمودند. شرکت‌کنندگان به ­روش تصادفی ساده در چهار گروه تمرین تناوبی با شدت کم (12نفر)، شدت متوسط (12نفر)، شدت زیاد (12نفر) و گروه کنترل (11نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرین تناوبی ۱۲ هفته ای در سه جلسه درهفته با سه شدت کم (63-58 درصد) متوسط (78-73 درصد) و زیاد (93-88 درصدضربان قلب ذخیره) و با مدت زمان ۲۵ تا 63 دقیقه در هر جلسه اجرا شد. برای اندازه­گیری شاخص­سرمی آیریزین، نمونه خونی حالت ناشتا ۴۸ ساعت قبل و بعداز برنامه تمرینی گرفته شد. داده­های آماری با استفاده ازآزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک­متغیره و در سطح معناداری (05/0(p< آنالیز شدند.
نتایج: در این مطالعه، 12هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت­های مختلف نتوانست تغییر معنی­داری در سطح سرمی آیریزین ایجاد کند، همچنین بین گروه­های تمرینی تفاوت معنی­داری مشاهده نشد (05/0P>) با این حال انجام تمرین تناوبی با دو شدت متوسط و زیاد به کاهش و افزایش معنی دار درصد چربی بدن (05/0P<) و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی(05/0P<) مردان دارای اضافه­وزن و چاق منجرگردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: 12هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت­های مختلف باوجود عدم تغییر در سطح آیریزین سرم، موجب بهبود ترکیب بدن و افزایش VO2max در مردان جوان چاق و دارای اضافه­وزن در دو گروه شدت متوسط و زیاد گردید.

Background and Objective: The structural and functional changes of white adipose tissue in the direction of browning can help obese and overweight people to lose weight and the resulting metabolic disorders by increasing energy expenditure.Therefore, in the present study, the effect of 12 weeks of low intensity, medium intensity and high intensity intermittent exercise on serum levels of irisin in healthy, obese and overweight men was investigated.
Materials and Methods: In this study 47 obese and overweight young men(20.50 ± 0.73 years old) participated. The participants were randomly assigned to four groups of light intensity (n=12), moderate(n=12), high(n=12) and control group (n=11). 12 week interval training were run with light (58-63%), moderate (73-78%) and high intensity (88-93%) for 25 to 63 minutes and three sessions per week.To measure the serum indices of irisin, fasting blood samples were taken 48 hours before and after the training program. Statistical data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance test and at the significant level (p <0.05).
Results: In this study, 12 weeks of intermittent exercise on different intensites could not cause a significant change in the irisin serum level, Also no significant difference was observed between the training groups(P> 0.05).However, intermittent exercise with both moderate and high intensity led to a significant decrease and increase in body fat percentage and VO2max in overweight and obese men (P<0.05).
Conclusion: 12 weeks of intermittent exercise with different intensities, despite no change in serum irisin level, improved body composition and increased VO2max in obese and overweight young men in two moderate and high intensity groups.
