بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره شناختی– رفتاری بر افسردگی زنان نابارور از طریق آموزش مبتنی بر وب

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: ناباروری به‌عنوان یکی از مشکلات عدیده در طب زنان است که به عدم باروری بعد از یک سال مقاربت بدون حفاظت از حاملگی اطلاق می‌شود. طبق مطالعات، حدود 11 تا 51 میلیون نفر در جهان از مشکل ناباروری رنج می‌برند. با توجه به شیوع ناباروری و فقدان حمایت‌های اجتماعی، تألمات روحی و اطلاعات ناکافی در این زمینه، مشاوره می‌تواند در مدیریت بحران ناباروری کمک‌کننده باشد.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر کارآزمایی بالینی با رویکرد یک گروه مداخله و یک کنترل است که در سال 1397 با مشارکت 60 زن نابارور در اصفهان انجام شد. این زنان، گروه مداخله را از طریق آموزش مجازی به‌صورت ویس دریافت کردند. بدین‌گونه که نمونه‌ها را طی 5 هفته با 5 ویس 30 دقیقه‌ای آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای دریافت می‌کردند، داده‌ها با آزمون  tزوجی و کوواریانس با  spssنسخه 20 تجزیه شد.
نتایج: با توجه به نتیجه‌ آزمون تی زوجی میانگین امتیاز افسردگی آزمودنی‌های گروه کنترل در پس‌آزمون نسبت به پیش-آزمون اختلاف معناداری نداشت ولی در گروه مداخله میانگین امتیاز افسردگی قبل از مداخله 01/8±93/17 بوده که پس از مداخله به مقدار 77/6±50/14 کاهش یافته است.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مجازی سبب بهبود افسردگی در گروه مداخله شد.
