ارائه رژیم غذایی خاص مبتنی بر اصول طب سنتی ایران در درمان بیماران با سوءمزاج سرد و تر

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از اصول مهم در درمان بیماری‏ها در طب سنتی ایران اصلاح تغذیه یا تدابیر غذایی است که با توجه به تفاوت‏های بین فردی (مزاج) به بیماران توصیه می‏گردد. در طبقه‏بندی‏های مختلف غذایی در علوم نوین طبی نیز، بر اساس شرایط افراد، گاهی محدودیت‏های غذایی اعمال می‏شود؛ بنابراین به نظر می‏رسد که رعایت تنوع و تعادل غذا در رژیم غذایی بیماران با توجه به هرم غذایی از یکسو و تلفیق آن با آموزه‏های طب سنتی راهکار مناسبی است که ضمن تأمین درشت مغذی‌ها و ریزمغذی‌ها به درمان بیماری و بهبود شرایط بیمار کمک می‌کند. این مطالعه قصد دارد که با بررسی کتب معتبر طب سنتی و در محدوده مطالعات طب رایج و هرم غذایی، الگوی غذایی مناسبی را برای بیماران با سوءمزاج سرد و تر ارائه نماید.
 
مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه مروری توصیفی، متون معتبر طب سنتی ایران با محوریت کتاب القانون فی الطب و مقالات و علوم نوین طبی در زمینه تغذیه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و تدابیر غذایی مبتنی بر این منابع ارائه گردیده است.
 
نتایج: براساس مبانی طب سنتی ایران، مزاج هر فرد سالم در یک محدوده متعادل و مشخصی قرار دارد که انحراف از این محدوده متعادل، فرد را به سمت بیماری سوق می‌دهد که یکی از این موارد سوءمزاج سرد و تر است که قدم اول در درمان این بیماران، انتخاب رژیم غذایی مناسب است.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: ارائه الگوی غذایی مخصوص بیماران با سوءمزاج سرد و تر، ممکن است بتواند در بهبود آنان مؤثر واقع شود.

Background and Objective: Based on Traditional Persian Medicine (TPM), one of the important principles in the treatment of diseases is modified nutrition or dietary, that is recommended according to differences between the individuals. In modern medical sciences and based on different categories of foods, sometimes dietary restrictions are applied according to individual circumstances. It seems that observance of variety and balance principles according to the food guide pyramid with providing micronutrients and macronutrients in the diet of patients and the integration of them into TPM, is a proper method to treatment and improvement of patients. The aim of study was investigation of TPM and modern medical science`s books and articles and presentation of the proper diet for patients with cold and wet maltemperament.  
 
Materials and Methods: In this review study, we studied reliable texts of TPM with the centrality of the canon of medicine. Also, we searched texts and papers of classical medicine in the field of nutrition. Then, we presented a specific dietary pattern based on these sources.
 
Results: On the basis of TPM, temperament of a healthy person is in a specific and balance range and any deviation from this range would lead to diseases. An example is cold and wet maltemperament and the first step in treatment of these patients is the choice of proper diet.
 
Conclusion: Providing a specific dietary pattern for patients with cold and wet maltemperament, may be useful for their improvement.
