تأثیر تمرین همزمان (استقامتی‌- مقاومتی) بر سطح سرمی آنتی‌ژن اختصاصی پروستات (PSA)، استقامت قلبی- تنفسی، قدرت عضلانی و ترکیب بدنی مردان بالای 50 سال

چکیده

هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر 12 تمرین همزمان بر آنتی‏ژن اختصاصی پروستات (PSA)، استقامت قلبی-‏تنفسی، قدرت عضلانی و ترکیب بدنی مردان بالای 50 سال بود.
 
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، نمونه آماری این پژوهش را 29 مرد با میانگین وزن 7/6±1/81 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدن 4/1±4/26 کیلوگرم بـر مترمربع تشکیل دادند کـه بطور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (17 نفر) و گروه تمرین همزمان (17‏نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین همزمان، برنامه تمرین همزمان (استقامتی- مقاومتی) را به مدت 12 هفتـه اجرا نمودنـد. سـطوح سرمی PSA، استقامت قلبی- تنفسی (VO2max)، قدرت عضلانی و ترکیب بدنی قبل و بعد از دوره تمرینی اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‏ها با استفاده از آنـالیز کوواریانس (ANCOVA) تحلیل شدند (05/0>P < /span>).
 
نتایج: تمرین همزمان در گروه تمرینی موجب کاهش معنادار PSA نسبت به گروه کنترل بی‏تمرین شد (001/0P=). همچنین تمرین همزمان موجب کاهش معنادار درصد توده چربی (046/0P=) و نسبت محیط دور کمر به لگن (24/0P=) در گروه تمرین همزمان نسبت به گروه کنترل بی‏تمرین شد (04/0P=). تمرین همزمان نیز موجب افزایش معنادار استقامت قلبی- تنفسی (VO2max) (001/0P=)، میانگین قدرت عضلانی نسبی (001/0P=) و توده بدون چربی (001/0P=) در گروه تمرین همزمان نسبت به گروه کنترل بی‏تمرین شد.
 
نتیجه‏ گیری: به طورکلی، بر اساس یافته‏های ما به نظر می‏رسد که تمرین همزمان (استقامتی- مقاومتی) با افزایش استقامت قلبی- تنفسی، میانگین قدرت عضلانی و بهبود ترکیب بدنی موجب کاهش بر سطح سرمی آنتی‏ ژن اختصاصی پروستات (PSA) در مردان بالای 50 سال می‏شود.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 concurrent trainings on prostate specific antigen (PSA), cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular strength and body composition in men over 50 years.
 
Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, the statistical samples consisted of 29 men with an average weight of 81.1±‏6.7 kg and body mass index of 26.4‏±‏1.4 kg‏/m2, randomly divided into two control untrained group (n=12) and trained group (n=17). The concurrent training group performed concurrent training (endurance-resistance) for 12 weeks. Serum PSA levels, cardiopulmonary endurance (VO2max), muscle strength, and body composition were measured before and after training. Data were analyzed using covariance analysis (ANCOVA) (P<0.05).
 
Results: Concurrent training in the training group significantly reduced PSA compared to the control untrained group (P=0.001). As well, training significantly decreased fat mass (P=0.046) and the ratio of waist to hip circumference (P=0.024) and significantly increased cardiorespiratory endurance (VO2max) (P=0.001), mean relative muscle strength (P=0.001) and lean body mass (P=0.001) in the training group compared to the control untrained group.
 
Conclusion: Overall, our findings showed that concurrent training (endurance-resistance) increases cardiorespiratory endurance, mean muscle strength, improves body composition and decreases serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels in men over 50 years old.
