مدل ساختاری بهزیستی روان شناختی براساس خود فراروی با میانجی گری حمایت اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: دیابت یکی از شایع ترین و پرهزینه ترین بیماری های مزمن است. بهبود یا تشدید این بیماری به طور قابل توجهی از عوامل روانشناختی متاثر می شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری بهزیستی روان شناختی براساس نظریه خود فراروی و با میانجی گری حمایت اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی می باشد که به شیوه الگوی معادلات ساختاری اجرا شد. جامعه مورد نظر شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع ۲ مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های تخصصی دیابت سطح شهر تهران در سال ۱۴۰۰ بودند. نمونه مورد بررسی به تعداد ۳۸۲ نفر و به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات شامل، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی طبسی، پرسشنامه خود فراروی بزرگسالان لونسون و پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی فلمینگ بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS21  و  LISREL 8.5  انجام شد.
نتایج: مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی مورد تایید قرار گرفت تمامی شاخص های برازش مدل (همانندSRMR  GFI، CFI ،RMSEA) در دامنه قابل قبول تا خوب قرار داشتند و الگوی مورد نظر از ساختار عاملی و برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. خود فراروی با حمایت اجتماعی و بهزیستی روانشناختی ارتباط مستقیم و قوی داشت. نقش میانجی گر حمایت اجتماعی مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: بهبود مؤلفه خود فراروی با بهبود حمایت اجتماعی و ارتقاء بهزیستی روانشناختی همراه بوده و می تواند به عنوان راهکاری روانشناختی در کنار درمان های پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Background and Objective: Diabetes is one of the most common and costly chronic disease. Diabetes can have significant psychological effects on health.The present study aimed to investigate structural model of psychological well-being based on the theory of Self transcendence mediated by social support in patients with diabetes
Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive study that using structural equation modeling. We used available sampling for selecting 382 patients with diabetes type2 Referred to private diabetes clinics in Tehran in spring and summer 1400. Research tools included Psychological Well-being Questionnaire (PWBQ), Self-Transcendence Questionnaire (STQ) and Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ). The data were analyzed by SPSS21 and LISREL8.5 software.
Results: The proposed conceptual model approved all model fit indices (such as SRMR GFI, CFI, RMSEA) in an acceptable range to be good.  Self transcendence had a strong and positive relationship with psychological well-being, social support had a positive relationship with each of the mentioned components. It had an intermediary role. In general, the research model had a good fit and the considered structural model was desirable.
Conclusion: Improving the Self transcendence was associated with improving social support and promoting psychological well-being and could be used as a psychological solution alongside medical treatments.
