ارتباط احساس تنهایی و سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان شهرستان گناباد در سال 1396

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: احساس تنهایی از مشکلات شایع دوران سالمندی است که به شدت بر سلامت سالمندان تأثیر می‌گذارد. سبک زندگی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر سلامتی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط احساس تنهایی و سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان 75–60 سال شهرستان گناباد در سال 1396 انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 263 نفر از سالمندان شهرستان گناباد به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بررسی شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، احساس تنهایی و سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن) و SPSS نسخه 20 استفاده شد. سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 لحاظ شد.
نتایج: میانگین نمره احساس تنهایی و سبک زندگی در سالمندان به ترتیب 65/26±11/65 و 95/19±27/153 بود. علاوه بر این بین احساس تنهایی و سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان رابطه آماری معکوس و معناداری وجود داشت. بدین صورت که نمره سبک زندگی در سالمندانی که احساس تنهایی کمتری داشتند، بالاتر بود (00/0=P، 72/0-=R).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، کاهش احساس تنهایی در بهبود سبک زندگی سالمندان نقش مؤثری دارد. با در نظر گرفتن این امر، نقش حمایت از مراقبین سالمندان، آموزش نیروهای متخصص در زمینه سالمندشناسی و مشاوره‌های خانوادگی و بهداشت روانی برای سالمندان و خانواده‌هایشان، پررنگ‌تر می‌شود.

Background and Objective: Loneliness is one of the most common problems of elderly aging, which greatly affects the health of the elderly. Lifestyle is one of the most important factors affecting health. This study was conducted to explore the relationship between loneliness and healthy lifestyle in the elderly 60-75 years in Gonabad city in 2017.
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 263 elderly people in Gonabad were selected by stratified random sampling. In order to collect information, a questionnaire of demographic information, feeling of loneliness and healthy lifestyle in the elderly was used. Descriptive and inferential statistical tests (independent t-test, analysis of variance and Spearman correlation coefficient) and SPSS version 20 were used to analyze the data. Significance level less than 0.05 was considered.
Results: The mean score of loneliness and stuttering style of elderly was 65.26±11.65 and 153.19±27.95. Furthermore, a significant and reverse relationship was detected between loneliness and healthy lifestyle in the elderly. Thus, lifestyle score was higher in the elderly who had less loneliness (P=0.00, R=-0.72).
Conclusion: The results of this study show that reducing loneliness  has an effective role in improving lifestyle of elderly. With this in mind, the role of supporting nursing caregivers, educating specialist staff in the field of egalitarian medicine, family counseling and mental health for the elderly and their families are highlighted.
