تأثیر 8 هفته تمرینات تناوبی با شدت بالا و مداوم با شدت متوسط بر قطر پایان دیاستولی ، قطر پایان سیستولی، ضخامت نسبی دیواره بطنی و توان هوازی مردان غیرفعال سالم

چکیده

هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه تأثیر 8 هفته تمرینات HIIT و CMT بر قطر پایان دیاستولی (LVDd)، قطر پایان سیستولی (LVDs)، ضخامت نسبی دیواره بطنی (RWT) و توان هوازی مردان غیرفعال سالم بود.
 
مواد و روش‌ها: به این منظور 21 مرد غیرفعال (با وزن 1/2 ±6/78 کیلوگرم، قد 8/1±5/175 سانتیمتر و سن 21/1±25 سال) به سه گروه هفت نفره کنترل (CON)، HIIT و CMT تقسیم شدند. گروه CMT (با بار ثابت 2 watts.kg-1bodyweight) و گروه HIIT (30 ثانیه با بار 7/3 watts.kg-1bodyweight و 120 ثانیه با بار 4/1 watts.kg-1bodyweight) به مدت 8 هفته و انرژی مصرفی برابر تمرین (دوچرخه ثابت) کردند. اکوکاردیوگرافی و آزمون Vo2max (تست بروس) آزمودنی­ها قبل و بعد از تمرینات انجام شد. داده­های حاصل با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه (05/0P<) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و برای مقایسه زوجی نیز از آزمون بونفرونی استفاده شد.
 
نتایج: نتایج نشان دادند که بعد از 8 هفته تمرینات، LVDd در گروه HIIT نسبت به گروه­های CON، (03/0=P < /span>) و CMT افزایش معنی­دار (04/0=P < /span>) و در LVDs در گروه CMT نسبت به گروه­های CON (02/0=P < /span>) و HIIT افزایش معنی­داری (01/0=P < /span>) داشت. همچنین، شاخص RWT در هر دو گروه HIIT و CMT نسبت به گروه CON، افزایش معنی­داری (به ترتیب 03/0=P < /span> و 04/0=P < /span>) داشت. همچنین مشخص شد که توان هوازی هر دو گروه HIIT و CMT نسبت به گروه CON، افزایش معنی­داری داشت (به ترتیب 03/0=P < /span> و 04/0=P < /span>).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات HIIT را به عنوان نقش محافظتی در کاهش بار کاری میوکارد به دلیل افزایش قطر پایان دیاستولی، افزایش زمان استراحت و افزایش بازگشت وریدی در افراد غیرفعال می­توان استفاده کرد.

Background and Objective: Recently, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and continuous moderate training (CMT) have been of interest in fields of exercise physiology and cardiovascular health. The aim of the present study was to compare the effect of 8-week HIIT and CMT on left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and end systolic diameter (LVEDs), and ventricular relative wall thickness (RWT) and aerobic power among inactive men.
 
Materials and Methods:  For this purpose, 21 sedentary men (78.6 ± 2.1 kg, height: 175.5 ± 1.8 cm, age: 25 ± 1.21 years) participated in this study. Subjects were divided into control (CON), HIIT and CMT groups. CMT (constant load was 2 watts.kg-1) and HIIT (30 seconds with a load of 3.6 watts.kg-1body weight and 120 seconds with 1.4 watts.kg-1body weight) performed isocaloric training protocols for 8 weeks (on stationary bike). Echocardiography and Vo2max tests were performed before and after protocols. Collected data were analyzed after normality examination (Wilk-Shapiro). One-way ANOVA was used for further analysis.
 
Results: Our findings showed that LVEDd in HIIT significantly increases when compared with CON (P = 0.03) after training. LVEDs in CMT significantly increased when compared with HIIT (P = 0.04) and CON (P = 0.02). RWT in both HIIT and CMT was significantly higher than CON (P = 0.03 and P = 0.04, respectively). Vo2max in both groups significantly increased when compared with CON (P = 0.03 and P = 0.04, respectively).
 
Conclusion: It is suggested that HIIT may play protective role in decreasing myocardial workload through increasing LVEDd and venous return in inactive men.
