مقایسه تطبیقی رفتارهای پرخطر و افکار خودکشی در دانشجویان با و بدون علائم اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: اختلال نقص توجه-بیش ­فعالی در بزرگسالان به‌عنوان یک اختلال مهم، روز به روز بیشتر شناخته می­شود، بااین‌حال پیامدهای آن در دانشـجویان کمـتر مـورد توجه قرارگرفته است، هدف این پژوهش بررسی رفتارهای پرخطر و افکار خودکشی در دانشجویان با نشانه ­های اختلال نقص توجه-بیش ­فعالی است.
 
مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش از نوع پس­رویدادی[1] است و جامعه آماری آن شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 94-95 است. از این تعداد، 300 دانشجو به‌عنوان نمونه به­صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از دریافت رضایت مبنی بر شرکت در مطالعه، پرسشنامه تشخیصی نقص توجه-بیش­ فعالی بزرگسالان کانرز را تکمیل نمودند. جهت تجزیه‌ و تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون آماری t مستقل استفاده شد.
 
نتایج: یافته­های به‌دست‌آمده نشان می­دهد دانشجویان با نشانه ­های اختلال نقص توجه-بیش ­فعالی در مقایسه با دانشجویان بدون نشانگان این اختلال، به­طور معنی­داری رفتارهای پرخطر (0.05P<) و افکار خودکشی (0.05P<) بیشتری گزارش می­کنند.
 
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن افکار خودکشی و رفتارهای پرخطر در بزرگسالان دارای نشانه ­های اختلال نقص توجه -بیش ­فعالی، توجه به غربالگری، شناسایی و درمان این دانشجویان ضروری به نظر می­رسد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Adult ADHD as an important disorder is increasingly known, however, little attention has taken for its side effects on students. The aim of this study was to investigate risk behaviors and suicidal ideas in students with ADHD symptom.
 
Materials and Methods: The study method was causal-comparative and study population included Shahid Beheshti University students in the academic year 94-95. Of this population, 300 students were selected by convenience sampling and then received satisfactory explanations for participate in this study and completed Conner’s Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity diagnostic questionnaires. To analyze the data, independent t-test was used.
 
Results: Findings showed that students with ADHD symptoms as compared to students without ADHD, significantly report risk behaviors (p<0.05) and suicidal thoughts (p<0.05) at a higher rate.
 
Conclusion: Due to the high suicidal thoughts and risk behaviors in students with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, according to the screening, diagnosis and treatment of these students seems necessary.
