بررسی زیست سازگاری نانوالیاف الکتروریسی-شده برپایه کیتوسان در همکشتی با سلولهای استرومایی مغز استخوان (BMSCs)
مقدمه و هدف: مطالعاتی متعدد درزمینه دستیابی به داربستی منظور رشد سلولهای بنیادی روی آن انجامشدهاست. هدف از این تحقیق، ارائه داربست زیست تخریبپذیر کیتوسان-پلی اتیلن اکسید (PEO) با بررسی توانایی رشد، تکثیر، عدم تمایز و مرگ سلولی سلولهای استرومایی مغز استخوان (BMSCs) روی آن است. مواد و روشها: ابتدا تشکیل نانوالیاف کیتوسان-PEO به نسبت 90 به 10و80 به 20 به روش الکتروریسی، توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) مورد بررسی قرارگرفت؛ این اسکافولد روی ژلاتین 1 درصد در پلیت 24 خانهای قرارگرفته، استریلشد. سلولهای BMSCs از استخوان ران موشهای صحرایی بالغ استخراج و پس از سه مرحله پاساژ در خانههای خالی پلیت بهعنوان گروه شاهد و هم روی داربست کشتدادهشد. میزان تکثیر، عدم تمایز و سلولهای در حال مرگ، طی روزهای دوم، چهارم و ششم مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشاندادند که مورفولوژی سلولها روی داربست حفظشده، با گروه شاهد، مشابه بود. میزان تکثیر سلولها روی داربست در روزهای متوالی افزایشیافته، اختلافی معنیدار با میزان تکثیر سلولها در کشت سلولها در گروه شاهد نداشت؛ یافتهها همچنین نشاندادند که درصد تمایز سلولهای BMSCs و درصد میزان مرگ سلولی نیز در سلولهای کشتدادهشده روی داربست در مواجه با داربست در پایان روز ششم با گروه شاهد مشابه بود. نتیجه گیری: تکثیر، عدم تمایز و عدم مرگ سلولی BMSCs روی نانوالیاف کیتوسان-PEO زیست تخریبپذیر به ارائه مدلی از داربست منجرشد که میتواند در مهندسی بافت و سلول درمانی مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.

اثر درمان طولانیمدت با کارنوزین بر میزان گلوکز و چربیهای سرم و فشار خون در مدل تجربی هیپرلیپیدمی در موش سوری
مقدمه و هدف: هیپرلیپیدمی مزمن با عوارض مختلفی همراه است. با توجه به آثار حفاظتی و سودمند کارنوزین در بیماریهای متابولیک، هدف بررسی حاضر تعیین اثر این ماده بر میزان چربیهای سرم و فشار خون در مدل تجربی هیپرلیپیدمی در موش سوری بود.
مواد و روشها: موشهای سوری به پنج گروه کنترل، کنترل تحت تیمار با دوز بالای کارنوزین (250 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم)، هیپرلیپیدمیک و دو گروه هیپرلیپیدمیک تحت تیمار با کارنوزین (125 و 250 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) تقسیمشدند. تیمار با کارنوزین پس از گذشت هشت هفته از شروع مصرف غذای پرچرب بهمدت چهار هفته انجامشد.
نتایج: کارنوزین موجب کاهش معنیدار گلوکز سرم نشد، سطح کلسترول توتال و تری گلیسیرید سرم در موشهای هیپرلیپیدمیک بهطور معنیدار افزایشیافت (01/0-05/0p<) و کارنوزین در دوز بالا موجب کاهش معنیدار آنها شد (05/0p<) و از نظر کلسترول HDL سرم نیز درمان با کارنوزین، تغییر معنیدار بهوجودنیاورد. برخلاف، افزایش معنیدار سطح کلسترول LDL در موشهای هیپرلیپیدمیک مشاهدهشد (05/0p<) و درمان با کارنوزین در دوز بالا موجب کاهش معنیدار آن شد (05/0p<)؛ بهعلاوه، موشهای هیپرلیپیدمیک افزایش معنیدار فشار خون سیستولی را نشاندادند (05/0p<) و درمان با کارنوزین موجب کاهش معنیدار آن نشد.
نتیجه گیری: تجویز کارنوزین به موشهای هیپرلیپیدمیک فاقد اثر محسوس بر گلوکز سرم و فشار خون سیستولی بود و موجب کاهش معنیدار در سطح کلسترول توتال، تری گلیسیرید و کلسترول LDL سرم شد.

اثر تمرین هوازی بر سطح پلاسمایی ویسفاتین در مردان دیابتی نوع 2 تحت درمان بامتفورمین
مقدمه و هدف: ویسفاتین یک آدیپوکین تازه کشفشدهاست. مطالعات گذشته، رابطهای مستقیم را میان ویسفاتین پلاسما و دیابت نوع 2 نشاندادند. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اثر ورزش هوازی بر ویسفاتین پلاسما در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 تحت درمان با متفورمین انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: 36 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مصرف کننده متفورمین (میانگین سن 08/3 ±08/46سال، نمایه توده بدنی 32/2±1/30 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) برای شرکت در این مطالعه داوطلب شدند. افراد به صورت تصادفی به 2گروه تقسیمبندی شدند. 18 نفر در گروه ورزش هوازی (3روزدرهفته،35 تا 50 دقیقه در روز، 55-40 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره) و 18 نفر در گروه شاهد بودند. غلظتهای ناشتایی ویسفاتین پلاسما، انسولین، گلوکز و هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله در قبل و بعد از8 هفته ورزش در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2اندازهگیری شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد..
نتایج: نتایج نشانداد که سطح پلاسمایی ویسفاتین، انسولین، قند خون، نمایه توده بدن، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله، نسبت دور کمر به دور لگن و درصد چربی بدن به طور معنیداری در گروه ورزش هوازی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش یافته است. میزان اوج اکسیژن مصرفی (vo2peak) به طور معنیداری در گروه ورزش هوازی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافته است.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشانداد کاهش ویسفاتین پلاسما ناشی از ورزش به احتمال زیاد در نتیجه بهبود کنترل قند خون در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 تحت درمان با متفورمین است.

مقایسه اثر ضددرد صمغ کتیرا با مورفین و دیکلو فناک در موش سفیدکوچک آزمایشگاهی با استفاده از آزمونهای قدکشیدن و صفحه داغ
مقدمه و هدف: یکی از داروهای گیاهی برای کنترل درد در طب سنتی، صمغ کتیرا بودهاست. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثر ضددردی صمغ کتیرا است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، اثر ضددردی صمغ کتیرا بهوسیله آزمونهای صفحه داغ Hotplate) ( و قدکشیدن) (writhing بررسیشد. موشهای سوری نر در سه گروه دریافتکننده کتیرا با دوزهای 125، 250 و 500 میکروگرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم وزن، سه گروه دریافتکننده مرفین با دوزهای 2، 4 و8 میلیگرم و سه گروه دریافتکننده دیکلوفناک با دوزهای 10،20 و30 میلیگرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم وزن تقسیمشدند.
نتایج: درآزمون قدکشیدن دوزهای 125، 250 و 500 میکروگرم بر کیلوگرم صمغ کتیرا باعث کاهش تعداد انقباضهای شکمی و افزایش درصد مهار درد نسبتبه گروه کنترل و در دوز 500 نسبتبه دیکلوفناک mg/kg10 شد (05/0> (P. با بررسی زمان واکنش حیوانات به درد در آزمون صفحه داغ، طی دورههای زمانی 15،30، 45 و 60 دقیقه، تنها در 15دقیقه پس از تزریق صمغ کتیرا، دوزهای μg/kg 125 و μg/kg 500 درد را کاهشدادند. در 15 دقیقه پس از تزریق، کتیرای μg/kg125 نسبتبه گروههای کنترل، دیکلوفناک mg/kg 30، مرفین mg/kg 2 و4 تفاوتی معنیدار داشتهاست (001/0 P<).
نتیجهگیری: در این پژوهش، اثر ضددردی قابلملاحظهای از صمغ کتیرا در آزمونهای صفحه داغ و قدکشیدن مشاهدهشد که نشانمیدهد، ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده این صمغ دارای آثار ضددرد حاد و مزمن هستند

مقایسه پاسخ کلینیکی ولو واژینیت کاندیدایی عودکننده به کرم واژینال آویشن و بوریک اسید
مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به مصرف طولانیمدت و مقاومت دارویی به ازولها در ولو و واژینیت کاندیدایی عودکننده، بسیاری از تحقیقها، بهسوی ترکیبهای غیر از آزول معطوف شدهاست؛ این تحقیق بهمنظور مقایسه پاسخ بالینی، این بیماران به بوریک اسید که در موارد مقاوم دادهمیشود و ® لکورکس (آویشن) انجامشدهاست.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی در کنترل با شاهد مثبت (موازی) و دوسو کور انجامشدهاست. به بیمارانی که تشخیص کاندید یازیس ولو و واژن راجعه آنها با کشت ترشحات واژینال مسجل شده، عامل زمینهای نداشتند، کرمهای واژینال آویشن 1 درصد و بوریک اسید 3 درصد دادهشد. شکایات و علائم بیماران در ویزیت اول، یک و شش ماه بعد شروع درمان با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری کای اسکوئر، منویتنی و تی مزدوج مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرارگرفتند.
یافتهها: در گروه بوریک اسید بیماران از نظر شدت نشانههای بیماری در شروع مطالعه نمره 3/3±9 داشتند که در دوره اول درمان به 8/3±48/3 و دوره دوم به 1/5±33/3 رسید و در گروه مصرفکننده آویشن، شدت نشانههای بیمار در شروع مطالعه نمره 6/3±21/8 بود که در دور اول و دوم درمان بهترتیب به 46/2±52/2 و 7/3±36/3 رسید که کاهش نمره در هر دو گروه، معنیدار بود (001> P ). میزان اثربخشی نهایی بوریک اسید 2/74 درصد و کرم آویشن 5/64 درصد بهدستآمد که اختلاف میان دو گروه، معنیدار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: کرم آویشن میتواند بهعنوان یک درمان الترنایتو در کاندیدیازیس ولوو واژن راجعه، مطرح شود.

بررسی رفتارهای تغذیهای سالمندان درزمینه پیشگیری از زخم معده در شهر شیراز
مقدمه و هدف: جمعیت سالمندان در ایران رو به افزایش است. و در بین مشکلات عمده آنان تغذیه نامناسب اختلال شایعی می باشد که بیشتر اوقات تشخیص داده نشده و درمان هم نمی شود.در این مطالعه به تعیین رفتارهای تغذیه ای سالمندان در زمینه پیشگیری از زخم معده در شهر شیراز پرداخته شده است.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی – تحلیلی بوده که روی 270 نفر از سالمندان (184 زن و 86 مرد) شهر شیراز صورتپذیرفتهاست. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، شامل سالمندان میان 60 تا 70 سال که فاقد بیماریهای روانی یا جسمی و ذهنی پیشرفته بودند . ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامهای متشکل از اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشهای آگاهیسنجی و چکلیست عملکرد تغذیهای سالمندان بودهاست؛ درنهایت، اطلاعات تجزیهوتحلیلشدند و برای سنجش ارتباط میان وضعیت تغذیه و مؤلفه های دموگرافیک ازمدل رگرسیون لجستیک استفادهشد.
نتایج: در این مطالعه 48 درصد زنان و 41 درصد مردان مسن به بیماری دچار و تحت درمان بودند. شیوع بیماریهای مختلف مانند پرفشاری خون، آرتروز، پوکی استخوان و دیابت در زنان بیشتر از مردان مشاهدهشد. تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نشانداد که در میان عوامل دموگرافیک رابطه عملکرد صحیح با سطح تحصیلات (68/0-18/0 CI= ، 31/0= OR )، درآمد بالا ( 3/4-6/1=CI، 7/2=OR) ، سن بالا ( 8/3-3/1=CI، 9/1=OR) از نظر آماری معنیدار بود.
نتیجهگیرى: با عنایت به اینکه امکان مداخله مناسب در اغلب عوامل مؤثر یافت شده در این پژوهش وجوددارد، اهمیت توجه به اصلاح رفتارهای تغذیهای سالمندان و تدارک برنامههاى مناسب تغذیهاى بیشتر از طریق مداخلات آموزشی پیشنهادمیشود.

اثر خستگی و دوره بالینی بر افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس، کیفیت زندگی و وضعیت اشتغال بیماران مولتیپل اسکلروزیس
مقدمه و هدف: در مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) خستگی علامت شایعی است و بیشتر بیماران آن در دو تیپ عود-بهبود (RRMS) و پیشرونده ثانویه (SPMS) جای دارند. خستگی با توجه بهایجاد احساس ضعف و فقدان انرژی و دوره بالینی نیز به دلیل استقرار یک پیشآگهی متغیر، قادرند بر علائم روانی، توانایی کارکردی و وضعیت اشتغال مبتلایان تأثیربگذارند. بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی اثر خستگی و دوره بالینی در علائم روانی، کیفیت زندگی و وضعیت اشتغال است.
مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش گذشتهنگرمقطعی، 152 بیمار به شیوه پیاپی نمونهگیری شدند. تمام بیماران با استفاده از مقیاس شدت خستگی (FSS)، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس (DASS-21) و پرسشنامه فرمکوتاه زمینهیابی سلامت (36-SF) مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (MANOVA) و آزمون دقیق فیشر تجزیهوتحلیلشدند.
یافتهها: میانگین نمرات علائم روانی و ابعاد فیزیکی و روانشناختی در بیماران خسته و SPMS وخیمتر از گروههای غیرخسته وRRMS بود؛ همچنین بیکاری با فراوانی بیشتری در بیماران خسته گزارششد. در اینباره بین RRMS و SPMS یافته معناداری مشاهدهنشد؛ علاوهبرآن تفاوت دو گروه از بیماران خسته و غیرخسته و RRMS و SPMS در متغیرهای افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس، ابعاد فیزیکی و روانشناختی معنادار بهدستآمد (05/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش تأثیر خستگی و دوره بالینی را بر علائم روانی، جنبههای فیزیکی و روانشناختی زندگی و وضعیت اشتغال بیماران MS توضیحداد. هرچند بهنظرمیرسد اثرگذاری برخی متغیرها بر یکدیگر در یک ارتباط دوسویه نیز قابلتبیین باشد. تلویحهای بالینی مورد بحث قرارگرفته است.

اثر تعاملی تمرین ورزشی و مصرف مکمل کورکومین و بر برخی از شاخصهای آسیب بافت کبد موشهای در معرض فلز سنگین سرب
مقدمه و هدف: سرب می تواند منجر به آسیب کبدی از طریق استرس اکسیداتیو گردد. فعالیت بدنی و استفاده از مواد ضد اکسایشی مانند کورکومین ممکن است تولید رادیکال های آزاد را متوقف می کند. لذا هدف از مطاله حاضر بررسی نقش حمایتی تمرین استقامتی و کورکومین در مقابل اثرات سمی سرب بر آسیب بافت کبد موش های صحرایی نر بود.
مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق تجربی60 سر موش صحرایی نر به صورت تصادفی به 6 گروه کنترل، شم، سرب، تمرین+ سرب، کورکومین + سرب و تمرین+ سرب + کورکومین تقسیم شدند (10 سر موش در هر گروه). برنامه تمرینی شامل 8 هفته دویدن پیشرونده روی نوارگردان بدون شیب با سرعت 15 تا 22متر در دقیقه و به مدت 25 تا 64 دقیقه و 5 روز در هفته بود. مکمل کورکومین (30 میلی گرم / کیلوگرم) و سرب(20 میلی گرم / کیلوگرم) 3 روز در هفته و به صورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شد. فعالیتALT ، ASTوALP با روش رنگ سنجی آنالیز شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد 8 هفته تزریق سرب موجب افزایش معنی دار فعالیت AST وALP در گروه سرب نسبت به گروه کنترل شد(002/0=p، 001/0=p). انجام تمرین استقامتی همراه با مصرف کورکومین موجب کاهش معنی دار فعالیت AST وALP (005/0=p، 002/0=p)گردید. هم چنین فعالیت ALP پس از تمرین استقامتی و مصرف کورکومین کاهش غیر معنی دار یافت(302/0p=).
نتیجهگیری: اجرای تمرینهای ورزشی و مصرف مکمل کورکومین، ممکن است سبب مهار آسیب کبدی ناشی از سمیت سرب شود.

اثر محرومیت از خواب بر عملکرد استقامتی و پاسخهای هورمونی به فعالیت استقامتی
مقدمه و هدف: محرومیت از خواب بر عملکرد فیزیولوژیکی و روانی افراد، تأثیرگذار است و بهاحتمال، تقاضای انرژی دستگاههای بدن را افزایشمیدهد. بهنظرمیرسد محرومیت از خواب میتواند بر عملکرد ورزشکاران، آثاری منفی داشتهباشد و ترشح هورمونهای بدن را تحت تأثیر قراردهد. پژوهش حاضر، اثر محرومیت از خواب را بر عملکرد استقامتی و پاسخهای هورمونی به فعالیت استقامتی بررسیکردهاست.
مواد و روشها: 20 مرد جوان با سابقه تمرین مقاومتی بهطور تصادفی و دوسو کور به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیمشدند. در دو روز مجزا یکبار پس از خواب شبانهروزی طبیعی و بار دیگر پس از 24 ساعت محرومیت از خواب عملکرد استقامتی آزمودنیها با استفاده از آزمون بروس ارزیابیشد. بلافاصله پس از آزمون بروس، نمونههای خونی جمعآوری و سطوح کورتیزول و تستوسترون با روش Chemiluminescence و سطوح اپینفرین و نوراپینفرین با روش الایزا اندازهگیریشد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری t وابسته و t مستقل بهترتیب برای بررسی تغییرهای درونگروهی و میانگروهی متغیرهای پژوهش استفادهشد.
نتایج: در گروه تجربی حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی بهطور معنیداری، کاهش (048/0=P) و کورتیزول بهطور معنیداری افزایشیافت (005/0=P). کورتیزول پس آزمون گروه تجربی بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (022/0=P) ولی در سایر متغیرها تفاوتی معنیدار میان دو گروه مشاهدهنشد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه ما نشانداد که 24 ساعت محرومیت از خواب میتواند آثار منفی بر عملکرد استقامتی داشتهباشد و موجب افزایش پاسخ کورتیزول و عدم تغییر پاسخ تستوسترون، اپینفرین و نوراپینفرین به فعالیت استقامتی شود.
