بررسی فراوانی و مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی جدایههای کمپیلوباکتر جدا شده از نمونه مرغ در 22 منطقه تهران، ایران
مقدمه: گونههای بیماریزای کمپیلوباکتر می توانند علاوه بر ایجاد اسهال و بیماری در دستگاه گوارش سبب القای بیماریهای ناتوانکنندهی مزمن و خود-ایمن در انسان شوند. بررسی حضور این باکتریها در منابع غذایی، نمونههای بالینی و تعیین الگوهای مقاومتی آنها در کشور میتواند در کنترل انتشار و کمک به روند درمان کمککننده باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی فراوانی و مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی جدایههای کمپیلوباکتر جداسازی شده از گوشت مرغ صورت گرفت.
مواد و ورش ها: در این مطالعه از تیرماه 1397 تا اسفند 1397 مجموعاً 100 نمونه گوشت مرغ از مناطق 22 گانه شهری تهران نمونهگیری به عمل آمد. بدین منظور از روش استاندارد غنیسازی و کشت در محیط اختصاصی استفاده شد و جدایهها با روش Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) تائید جنس و گونهی میکروبی برای C. jejuni, C. coli, C. upsaliensis و C. lari قرار گرفتند. تعیین مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی با روش E-test و انتشار از دیسک برای تعداد 7 آنتی بیوتیک انجام گرفت. در ادامه الگوی مقاومت چنددارویی (MDR) مبتنی بر وجود مقاومت همزمان به سه یا تعداد بیشتر کلاس های مختلف آنتی بیوتیکها تعیین شد و نتایج با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS16 مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: کمپیلوباکتر از 35% نمونهی مرغ جداسازی گردید. از جمله گونههای جدا شده از گوشت مرغ، کمپیلوباکتر ژژونی (23%)، کمپیلوباکتر کولای (1%) و کمپیلوباکتر لاری (2%) بودند. بیشترین مقاومت جدایه های کمپیلوباکتر نسبت به تتراسیکلین (8/62%) و کمترین نسبت به آمپیسیلین و کلیندامایسین (هر یک1/17%) بود. الگوی MDR در 8/42% جدایه ها مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده وجود آلودگی بالا به کمپیلوباکتر را در گوشت مرغ نشان داد که تائید کننده وجود خطر بالای انتقال کمپیلوباکترهای دارای مقاومت دارویی چندگانه به مصرف کنندگان است. انجام مطالعات بر روی نمونه های انسانی می تواند این ارتباط را روشنتر بسازد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی در آب، با و بدون مصرف زیرهکوهی بر سطوح Hs-CRP و نیمرخ لیپیدی زنان یائسه غیرفعال
مقدمه و هدف: بیماری قلبی عروقی یکی از مهمترین عوامل مرگومیر در زنان است و بیشترین ابتلا در زنان یائسه به دلیل کاهش نقش محافظتی استروژن است. لذا این پژوهش باهدف تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی در آب، با و بدون مصرف زیرهکوهی بر سطوح hsCRP < /span> و نیمرخ لیپیدی زنان یائسه انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی است. نمونه آماری این تحقیق شامل زنان یائسه و چاق مراجعهکننده به استخرهای شهر مشهد بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفدار انتخابشده و بهطور تصادفی در سه گروه 10 نفرِ تمرین، مکمل و تمرین همراه با مکمل قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرین به مدت هشت هفته (هفتهای سه روز) برنامه تمرین هوازی در آب را با شدت 55-75 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب خود انجام دادند، گروه مکمل به مدت هشت هفته (روزانه 3 گرم دانه زیرهکوهی) مصرف نمودند و گروه تمرین+مکمل هر دو مداخله را انجام دادند. بهمنظور بررسی متغیرهای بیوشیمیایی، نمونهگیری خونی 48 ساعت قبل و پس از انجام پروتکلهای تحقیق انجام شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، t همبسته و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد سطوح hsCRP < /span> گروه مکمل کاهش معنادار (01/0p=) و VO2max هر سه گروه افزایش معناداری (تمرین: 007/0 p=، مکمل: 01/0p=، تمرین+مکمل: 01/0 p=) داشته است. البته در تغییرات hsCRP < /span> و VO2max بین سه گروه تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه مصرف روزانه زیرهکوهی میتواند در پیشگیری از بروز بیماریهای قلبی نقش بسزایی داشته باشد و تمرین هوازی در آب با مصرف زیره و بدون مصرف آن در بهبود VO2max مؤثر است.

اثر استیل ال کارنیتین بر فراساختمان سیناپس نورون حرکتی ضایعه دیده موش صحرائی بالغ
مقدمه و هدف: ضایعه فشاری طناب نخاعی عارضه نسبتاً شایع جوامع در حال رشد است.
مواد و روش ها: 16 سر موش صحرایی بالغ ضایعه نخاعی دیده با وزن 250 تا 300 گرم از نژاد اسپراگوداولی در4 گروه بصورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند، گروه ها شامل: الف) لامینکتومی با تزریق روزانه داخل صفاقی استیل ال کارنیتین ب) لامینکتومی با تزریق روزانه داخل صفاقی سرم فیزیولوژی ج) گروه الف + اعمال فشار مکانیکی بر نخاع و د) گروه ب + اعمال فشار مکانیکی بر نخاع. پس از 4 هفته موشها کشته و نمونه بافت نخاعی شان جهت مورفومتری با میکروسکوپ نوری و فراساختاری بوسیله میکروسکوپ الکترونی مطالعه شدند. داده ها ی بدست آمده به وسیله آزمون آماری آنوا و در ادامه آزمون توکی با نرم افزار SPSS Ver 19 مورد بررسی فرار گرفت. سطح معنی داری 05/0 ≥ p < /span> در نظر گرفته شد.
نتایج: بررسی مورفولوژی کاهش تعداد سلول های عصبی حرکتی را بدنبال فشار مکانیکی نشان داد. استیل الکارنیتین مرگ سلولهای عصبی را کمتر کرد و به حفظ فراساختمان سلولهای عصبی حرکتی در محل سیناپسها با حفظ تعداد و شکل میتوکندری ها کمک کرد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: در این تحقیق استیل ال کارنتین بر بهبود فراساختمان سیناپس نورون حرکتی پس از ضایعه فشاری موثر واقع شد. همچنین این ماده برحفظ و افزایش سلولهای عصبی حرکتی و کاهش مرگ آنها اثر کرد. البته میزان تأثیر این تغییر در بهبود ضایعه نخاعی ناشی از فشار مکانیکی نیازمند بررسی های بیشتر است.

تأثیر تمرین تداومی و محدودیت کالریایی متناوب (ICR) بر بیان ژن miR-146a و سطوح TNF-α و IL-6 زنان چاق
مقدمه و هدف: چاقی یک بیماری چندعاملی میباشد که عوامل محیطی و ژنتیکی در آن دخالت دارند و با بر هم زدن هومئوستاز متابولیسم چربی میتواند باعث بروز اختلالات متعدد گردد. در میان ساز و کارهای مختلف که زمینه ساز ایجاد تفاوتهای بین فردی در چاقی میشود، عوامل اپیژنتیکی در بیان ژنهای مرتبط نقش تعیین کنندهای دارند. همچنین تأثیر تمرین تداومی همراه با محدودیت کالریک بر میزان برخی از سایتوکاین های التهابی به طور جدی بررسی نشده است. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر تمرین تداومی به همراه رژیم غذایی متناوب (ICR) بر بیان miR-146a و میزان TNF-α وIL-6 خون محیطی زنان چاق انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: 27 زن میانسال چاق به مدت ۸ هفته در سه گروه همگن کنترل ،ICR و تمرین تداومی همراه با ICR شرکت نمودند؛ میزان بیان miR-146a و سطوح پلاسمایی TNF-α و IL-6 طی 72 ساعت قبل و بعد از دوره تمرین ارزیابی شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای شاپیرو-ویلک، تحلیل واریانس مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معنی داری 05/0>α تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج در گروه تمرینی همراه با ICR ، افزایش معنی دار در میزان بیانmiR-146a و کاهش در میزان TNF-α و IL-6 را نشان داد(p<0.05) . ولی در گروه ICR ، کاهش سطح IL6، TNF-α نسبت به گروه کنترل معنادار نبود(P>0.05) .
نتیجهگیری: تمرین تداومی و ICR بر افزایش بیان ژن miR-146a تأثیر داشته و هرگاه تمرین با ICR همراه باشد این اثر چندین برابر شده و در کاهش التهاب مزمن (TNF-α وIL-6) نقش به سزایی خواهد داشت.

بررسی اثرات توأم ورزش فکری و نپتا منتوییدس ( اسطوخودوس خراسانی ) بر افسردگی ناشی از رزرپین در موش بزرگ آزمایشگاهی نر
مقدمه و هدف: مطالعات نشان داده اند که تقویت قوای ذهنی ابتلا به افسردگی را کاهش می دهد. گزارش هایی از خواص ضد افسردگی گیاه نپتا منتوییدس نیز موجود می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه سنجش اثر ورزش ذهنی و نپتا منتوییدس و نیز مقایسه اثر آن دو بر افسردگی ناشی از رزرپین در موش های بزرگ آزمایشگاهی می باشد.
مواد و روش ها: موش های نر به 8 گروه تقسیم شدند: 1- کنترل 2- رزرپین 3- رزرپین+ فلوکستین 4- نپتا 5- نپتا+رزرپین6- ورزش ذهنی 7- ورزش ذهنی+رزرپین 8 - ورزش ذهنی+ نپتا+رزرپین. رزرپین با دز 2/0 (mg/kg) در طول 14 روز داخل صفاقی تزریق شد . همزمان موش ها در ماز شعاعی هشت بازویی آموزش گرفته و عصاره نپتا را با دز 200 (mg/kg) دریافت کردند . سپس نتایج حاصل از تست های شنای اجباری، ترجیح سوکروز، میدان باز، ماز بعلاوه مرتفع با آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه ارزیابی شدند.
یافته ها: رزرپین زمان بی حرکتی را افزایش و زمان شنای فعال را کاهش داد، در حالی که ترکیب اثر ورزش فکری و نپتا بر اثر رزرپین غلبه کرد. رزرپین درصد استفاده از سوکروز را کاهش داد که این اثر توسط درمان با ورزش ذهنی، نپتا و ترکیب آنها بهبود یافت. کاهش فعالیت لوکوموتور ناشی از رزرپین در گروه های ورزش ذهنی و نپتا بهبود یافت. رزرپین زمان ماندن در بازوی باز را کاهش داد و نپتا آن را جبران کرد.
نتیجه گیری: ورزش ذهنی و نپتا علایم رفتاری افسردگی و اضطرب ناشی از رزرپین را بهتر از فلوکستین بهبود بخشیدند.

تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر سطوح سرمی فاکتور تمایز رشدی 15 و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان سالمند مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک
مقدمه و هدف: تمرین هوازی نقش موثری در بهبود اختلالات قلبی-متابولیکی مرتبط با سالمندی و سندروم متابولیک دارد؛ با وجود این نقش این نوع تمرینات بر فاکتور تمایز رشدی 15 (GDF-15) به عنوان بیومارکر جدید پیش گویی کننده اختلالات قلبی درک نشده است. از اینرو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر سطوح سرمی GDF-15 و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در زنان سالمند مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک بود.
موارد و روشها. 24 زن سالمند مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک (سن: 08/4±37/65، وزن: 56/6±98/88، BMI: 47/14±1/34) به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین هوازی (12 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین هوازی به مدت 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هر هفته با شدت 50-65 درصد ضربان قلب ماکزیمم اجرا شد. نمونههای سرمی برای اندازه گیری انسولین، گلوکز و GDF-15 به روش الایزا در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون صورت گرفت.
نتایج. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که تمرین هوازی منجر به کاهش معنی دار GDF-15 نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (05/0˂P < /span>). همچنین، تمرین هوازی با کاهش معنی داری گلوکز سرمی و مقاومت به انسولین همراه بود (05/0˂P < /span>)، در حالی که تاثیر بر انسولین سرمی نداشت (05/0˃P < /span>).
نتیجه گیری. به نظر می رسد که تمرین هوازی نقش موثری در کاهش GDF-15 سرمی داشته باشد که ممکن است به واسطه بهبود شاخصهای متابولیکی و به دنبال آن، کاهش نیاز جبرانی به GDF-15 باشد.
