The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on working memory in veterans and disabled athletes.   Material and Methods: The method of this study was semi-experimental. 24 veterans and disabled of Shiraz athletes participated in this study in an available sampling. After the pre-test, the participants were randomly divided into real stimulation and sham groups. In the real stimulation group, anodal electrode was on the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) and cathode electrode in the FP < sub>1. The location of the electrodes in the sham group was the same as the real stimulation group, but the stimulation was interrupted after 30 seconds. The stimulation rate was 2 mA for 15 minutes, which was performed during three sessions with an interval of 48 hours per session. Data analysis was performed using ANCOVA test in SPSS version 22.   Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the real stimulation group and the sham at the working memory (P = 0.0001). The results of Bonferroni post-hoc test showed that the performance of the real stimulation was better than the sham group (P = 0.0001).   Conclusion: It can be said that anodal tDCS in the DLPFC region with 2 mA excitation can improve working memory in veterans and disabled athletes.}, keywords = {Transcranial direct current stimulation,Dorsolateral,Prefrontal cortex,Working memory,Cognitive task,Veterans,Disabled}, title_fa = {تأثیر تحریک جریان مستقیم قشر پیش‌پیشانی خلفی جانبی چپ بر حافظه کاری در جانبازان و معلولین ورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: حافظه کاری، اصلیترین رکن حافظه جهت انجام تکالیف شناختی است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجهای مغز بر حافظه کاری جانبازان و معلولان ورزشکار میباشد.   مواد و روشها: نوع تحقیق نیمهتجربی است. 24 نفر از جانبازان و معلولان ورزشکار شیراز بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. پس از اجرای پیشآزمون، شرکتکنندگان به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تحریک واقعی و ساختگی قرار گرفتند. در گروه تحریک الکتریکی واقعی، الکترود آنودال بر روی قشر پیشپیشانی خلفی جانبی (DLPFC) چپ و الکترود کاتودال در بالای حفرهی چشمی سمت چپ (1FP < /span>) قرار گرفت. محل قرارگیری الکترودها در گروه شم همانند گروه تحریک واقعی بود ولی جریان تحریک پس از 30 ثانیه قطع میشد. میزان تحریک ارائه شده بوسیله دستگاه، 2 میلیآمپر و به مدت 15 دقیقه بود که در طی سه جلسه با فاصله زمانی 48 ساعت در هر جلسه صورت گرفت. پس از پایان جلسات سوم پسآزمون به عمل آمد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنکوا و نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد.   نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که در تکلیف حافظه کاری بین گروه تحریک واقعی و شم تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد  (0001/0P=). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی نشان داد که عملکرد گروه تجربی نسبت به ساختگی (0001/0P=) بهتر میباشد.   نتیجه گیری: در یک نتیجهگیری کلی میتوان بیان کرد که tDCS آنودی در ناحیه DLPFC با تحریک 2 میلی آمپری میتواند موجب بهبود حافظه کاری در ورزشکاران جانباز و معلول گردد.}, keywords_fa = {تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه,قشر پیش‌پیشانی خلفی جانبی,عملکرد شناختی,حافظه کاری,جانبازان,معلولان}, url = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1858.html}, eprint = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1858_c9b31f74cf6ea1e496e4298b00651d9d.pdf} }
