The aim of the present research was to evaluate the effect of group CT in reducing depression, anxiety and perceived stress of HIV-positive men. Materials and Methods: The research design was Quasi-experimental with control group and random allocation with pre-test and post-test. At first, the active documents of 131 HIV-positive men were investigated, and all of them were evaluated with scale DASS21 which measures psychological symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress and it was found that 54(41.2%) patients have scores above the cut-off point. From this number, 30 patients were selected and by random allocation method divided into two groups, experimental (n=15) and control (n=15). The experimental group was participated in 12 sessions of group CT, but the control group did not have any psychological intervention. At the end of interventions, both groups were evaluated again. Results: Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) showed that group CT significantly is effective in reducing depression (F=20.101, p < 0.0001), anxiety (F=38.817, p < 0.0001) and stress (F=77.199, p < 0.0001) men with HIV (p < 0.0001). Conclusion: Experiencing the challenging relationship between negative automatic thoughts and psychological symptoms by group CT was successful in men with HIV.}, keywords = {Group cognitive therapy (CT),HIV-positive,Depression,anxiety,Stress}, title_fa = {اثربخشی شناخت‌درمانی (CT) گروهی در کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس ادراک‌شده مردان مبتلا به HIV}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: براساس تحقیق‌های انجام‌شده، میزان اختلال‌های روان‌پزشکی به‌ویژه اختلال‌های خلقی و اضطرابی و اقدام به خودکشی در بیمارانHIV مثبت بالاست و شناخت‌درمانی (CT) گروهی، روشی کارآمد در درمان بسیاری از مشکلات روان‌شناختی و اختلال‌های روان‌پزشکی یافت‌شده ‌است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابیِ تأثیر CT گروهی در کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس ادراک‌شده مردان HIV مثبت بوده‌است. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش شبه‌آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و انتصاب تصادفی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود. ابتدا پرونده‌های فعال 131 مرد HIV مثبت، بررسی و تمامی آنها از نظر مقیاس DASS21 که علایم روان‌شناختی افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را می‌سنجد، ارزیابی‌شدند و مشخص شد 54 نفر (2/41 درصد)، نمرات بالاتر از نقطه برش دارند؛ از این تعداد، 30 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده، انتخاب و به ‌روش انتصاب تصادفی به‌ دو گروه آزمایش (15n=) و کنترل (15n=) تقسیم‌شدند؛ گروه آزمایش در دوازده جلسه CT گروهی شرکت‌کردند ولی درگروه کنترل، هیچ‌گونه مداخلۀ روان‌شناختی انجام‌نگرفت؛ در پایان، مداخلات هر دو گروه، به‌طور مجدد ارزیابی‌شدند. نتایج: تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (MANCOVA) نشان‌داد کهCT گروهی به‌طور معنی‌داری در کاهش افسردگی (0001/0>P و 101/20= F)، اضطراب (0001/0>P و 817/37= F) و استرس (0001/0>P و 199/77= F) مردان مبتلا به HIV، مؤثر است. نتیجه‌گیری: تجربه به‌چالش‌کشیدن رابطه میان افکار خودآیند منفی و علایم روان‌شناختی از طریق مداخله‌ CT گروهی، برای بیماران مرد مبتلا به HIV، موفقیت‌آمیز بود.}, keywords_fa = {شناخت‌درمانی (CT) گروهی,HIV مثبت,افسردگی,اضطراب,استرس}, url = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1667.html}, eprint = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1667_e76d6b19b1d10eb88c70fb3ef47e9fe3.pdf} }
