Materials and Methods: The data of positive urine culture of children before 15 years old in laboratory of Pars hospital in Tehran in spring of 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. These data were sex, age, type of admission of patients, type of isolated bacteria and also antibiotic susceptibility pattern of isolates. P value of ≤0/05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Among 136 randomized clinical isolates, the most frequently isolated bacteria were E. coli (51.5%), Klebsiella (11.5%), Enterococci (8.8%) and coagulase negative Staphylococci (13.2%). There was differences in frequency of isolated bacteria in both sex and group of ages below 2 years old and 2-14 years old. The result of antibiotic susceptibility test showed resistance of most isolates of Klebsiella and E. coli to commonly used antibiotics and also there were differences in sensitivity of isolated bacteria in different sex and ages. Conclusion: The results of this study like other studies showed that gram-negative bacteria, especially E. coli are most frequently bacteria in urine of children. Difference between two sexes and different ages is shown regarding prevalence of UTI, type of bacteria and antibiotic resistance that can help in empirical therapy.}, keywords = {Bacteria,Urinary tract infection,Children,Sex,Age}, title_fa = {باکتری‌های جداشده از ادرار کودکان در جنس و سن‌های مختلف}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: یکی از شایع‌ترین عفونت‌های باکتریایی در کودکان، عفونت دستگاه ادراری است که تشخیص به‌موقع و درمان مناسب آن، بسیار اهمیت‌دارد و تعیین نوع و مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی باکتری‌های جداشده از ادرار کودکان در جنس و سن های مختلف می‌تواند در درمان تجربی عفونت ادراری پیش از حاضرشدن پاسخ آزمایش‌های میکربی کمک‌کند. مواد و روش‌ها: در این بررسی، اطلاعات مربوط به کشت‌های ادرار مثبت مربوط به کودکان زیر 15 سال در آزمایشگاه بیمارستان پارس تهران، ایران، در بهار سال 1392 جمع‌آوری و از نظر آماری تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌شد؛ این اطلاعات شامل جنس، سن و نوع پذیرش بیماران و نیز نوع باکتری جداشده و الگوی حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی آنها بود. مقادیر P کمتر از 05/0 از نظر آماری معنی‌دار درنظرگرفته‌شد. نتایج: در میان 136 جدایه بالینی غیرتکراری، شایع‌ترین باکتری‌های جداشده به‌ترتیب: اشریشیاکلی (5/51 درصد)، استافیلوکوکوس‌های کوآگولاز منفی (2/13 درصد)، کلبسیلا (8/11 درصد) و انتروکوکوس (8/8 درصد) بوندد. فراوانی جداسازی هریک از باکتری‌ها در دو جنس و دو گروه سنی زیر 2 سال و 2 تا 14 سال تفاوت‌داشت. نتایج حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی، نشان‌دهنده مقاومت بسیاری از جدایه‌های کلبسیلا و اشریشیاکلی به اغلب آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های متداول در درمان بود و فراوانی حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در جدایه‌های جداشده از کودکان در جنس و سن‌های مختلف نیز، متفاوت بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه، همانند سایر مطالعات نشان‌می‌دهند که باکتری‌های گرم منفی به‌خصوص اشریشیاکلی، شایع‌ترین باکتری جداشده از ادرار کودکان هستند و اختلاف‌هایی میان دو جنس و سنین متفاوت از نظر فراوانی عفونت ادراری، نوع باکتری‌های جداشده و حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی دیده‌می‌شود که می‌تواند در درمان تجربی کمک‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {باکتری,عفونت ادراری,کودکان,جنس,سن}, url = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1643.html}, eprint = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1643_73db1381f119a0b3c6ed856ec933f503.pdf} }
