In this research, the Sharpened-Romberg test (with eyes open and close) was used to measure the static balance and Timed-get up and Go test was used to measure the dynamic balance. In pre-test phase, the mean of three trials of dynamic and static balance tests performance was recorded for all participants. All participants were practiced in 6 sessions according to defined protocol, then, they were participated in post-test that was similar to pre-test. The data were analyzed by one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Bonferroni post hoc test at a significant level of p < 0.05.    Results: The obtained findings showed that regarding performance (mental, physical and mixed), a significant difference exists between the static (with eyes open and close) and dynamic balance in post-test. Result of Bonferroni post hoc showed that mixed group has a significant difference versus the other groups (p < 0.05) and subjects in the former group had a better performance than other groups. Furthermore, the performance of physical practice group was better than mental practice group (p < 0.05).    Conclusion: According to the results of the present research, it could be concluded that for improvement of static and dynamic balance in elder women, practice method in specific programs is recommended.    }, keywords = {Elder women,No history of falling,Static balance,Dynamic balance}, title_fa = {تأثیر نوع تمرین بر تعادل ایستا و پویای سالمندان زن 60 تا 75 سال بدون سابقه زمین-خوردن}, abstract_fa = { مقدمه و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه تأثیر نوع تمرین (بدنی، ذهنی و ترکیبی) بر تعادل ایستا و پویای سالمندان زن 60 تا 75 سال بدون سابقه زمینخوردن بود.    مواد و روش‌ها: نمونۀ آماری این تحقیق را 45 نفر از سالمندان زن بدون سابقه زمینخوردن با دامنۀ سنی 60 تا 75 سال تشکیلدادند که بهصورت تصادفی به سه گروه آزمایشی تقسیمشدند. در این تحقیق برای اندازهگیری تعادل ایستای سالمندان زن از آزمون شارپند رومبرگ (با چشمان باز و بسته) و برای اندازهگیری تعادل پویا از آزمون زمان برخاستن و راهرفتن استفادهشد. در مرحله پیشآزمون میانگین سه بار اجرای آزمونهای تعادل ایستا و پویا برای تمامی آزمودنیها ثبتشد. سپس تمامی آزمودنیها به مدت 6 جلسه براساس پروتکلهای تعیینشده تمرین و در پسآزمون که مشابه با مرحلۀ پیشآزمون بود، شرکتکردند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه (ANOVA) و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح (P < 0.05) استفاده شد.    یافتهها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشانداد که بین عملکرد گروهها در هر دو نوع تعادل ایستا (با چشمان باز و بسته) و تعادل پویا در مرحلۀ پسآزمون تفاوتی معنیدار وجوددارد. آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی نیز نشانداد بین عملکرد گروه ترکیبی (تمرین ذهنی- بدنی) با دو گروه دیگر تفاوتی معنیدار وجوددارد (0.05P < ) و گروه تمرین ترکیبی (تمرین ذهنی- بدنی) نسبتبه دو گروه دیگر در هر سه نوع آزمون تعادل عملکرد بهتری داشتند؛ همچنین عملکرد گروه تمرین بدنی نیز بهتر از گروه تمرین ذهنی بود (0.05P < ).    نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق حاضر میتوان نتیجهگیریکرد که برای بهبود تعادل ایستا و پویا در سالمندان زن، از این روش تمرینی میتوان استفادهکرد. }, keywords_fa = {زنان سالمند,بدون سابقه زمین‌خوردن,تعادل ایستا,تعادل پویا}, url = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1501.html}, eprint = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1501_5af6ef95403f1637bf70e78cff42382d.pdf} }
