This study aimed to assess the quality of life among children survivors of land mines and ERW injuries in Iran in 2010.Materials and Methods: A total of 69 adolescent survivors of land mine and ERW injuries at the time of study were enrolled. In this cross-sectional study, adolescents were called in from border provinces that included the most land mines and ERW contaminated areas in the country, i.e. Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Khuzestan, Ilam and West Azerbaijan. Component scores were determined from responses to questions about physical and mental health on SF36.The validity of the Iranian version of questionnaire was 0.65-0.9. The questionnaire consisted of 36 questions measuring eight domains of health-related quality of life including physical functioning, physical role, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, and emotional and mental health role.Results: The mean age of participants was 16.68±1.18 years and the mean time since the injury was 7.85±3.1 years. Eighty-eight percent of the cases were boys. More than two third (69.6%) (n=48) of the victims were living in two provinces of Kurdistan and Kermanshah. About one-third (36.2%) (n=25) were studying at high school level. The children survivors had the highest score in physical functioning (50.5 ± 23.1) and the lowest in emotional role (8.69 ± 21.1). Overall, children survivors were suffering greatly in all different aspects of quality of life than the age-matched controls in all SF-36 eight domains (p≤0.01). Conclusion: Children survivors of landmine and ERW injuries (at an age range of 14-19 years) due to Iraq-imposed war greatly suffered from a lower quality of life due to a combination of physical and mental factors affecting them.    }, keywords = {Adolescent,Victim,Land mine,Explosive remnants,Quality of Life}, title_fa = {کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان قربانی مین و مهمات عمل‌نکرده}, abstract_fa = {  مقدمه و هدف: مشکلات و محدودیت ‌ های جسمی و روحی ناشی از انفجار مین و مهمات عمل ‌ نکرده در نوجوانان می ‌ تواند کاهش کیفیت زندگی آنان را سبب ‌‌ شود. این مطالعه در سال 1388 با هدف بررسی کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان قربانی مین و مهمات عمل ‌ نکرده انجام ‌ شد .     مواد و روش ‌ ها: روش این مطالعه به ‌ صورت مقطعی (توصیفی – تحلیلی) بود. کل نوجوانان قربانی مین و مهمات عمل ‌ نکرده کشور (69 نفر) که پس از جنگ عراق ضد ایران در استان ‌ های مرزی کشور شامل کردستان، ایلام، کرمانشاه، آذربایجان غربی و خوزستان به آسیب ‌ دیدگی دچار شده ‌ بودند، در این مطالعه شرکت ‌ کردند. در این مطالعه برای تعیین کیفیت زندگی قربانیان مین از نسخه فارسی پرسش ‌ نامه SF36 استفاده ‌ شد. پایایی نسخه فارسی این پرسش ‌ نامه 65/0 تا 9/0 بود. ابعاد مورد بررسی عملکرد جسمانی، محدودیت در نقش جسمانی، درد جسمانی، سلامت عمومی، سرزندگی و نشاط، عملکرد اجتماعی، محدودیت در نقش احساسی و سلامت روان بود .     نتایج: میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 68/16 با انحراف معیار 18/1 سال به ‌ دست ‌ آمد. 87 درصد (60 نفر) از قربانیان، پسر بودند. میانگین مدت جانبازی 85/7 با انحراف معیار 1/3 سال بود. بیشترین و کمترین نمره کیفیت زندگی در نوجوانان قربانی مین به ‌ ترتیب مربوط به حیطه ‌ های عملکرد فیزیکی 1/23 ± 5/50 و محدودیت در نقش احساسی 1/21 ± 69/8 بود. کیفیت زندگی قربانیان مین در مقایسه با جامعه نرمال هم ‌‌ سن خود در تمام حیطه ‌ ها به ‌‌ طور معنی ‌ داری پایین ‌ تر بود (01/0 p ≤ ).     نتیجه ‌ گیری: کیفیت زندگی دختران و پسرانی که پس از جنگ ایران- عراق در اثر انفجار مین و مهمات عمل ‌ نکرده به آسیب ‌ دیدگی دچار شده ‌ بودند، در تمام حیطه ‌ ها از جامعه 14 تا 19 سال ایرانی پایین ‌ تر بود .}, keywords_fa = {نوجوانان,قربانی,مین و مهمات عمل‌نکرده,کیفیت زندگی}, url = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1489.html}, eprint = {https://daneshvarmed.shahed.ac.ir/article_1489_0b5ea5bef4f085c523a82526b3ace13b.pdf} }
